Star Trek will live on.

By the "hands" of the Enterprise-D!

A tie fighter has no chance in hell with the enterprise

is it just me...or does this look like Bridge Commander...?

Very impractical ship, it looks more like a space green-house with windows even on engines not a space ship representing a military fleet.

Btw. I am arguing against the series, not the author of this beautiful picture. Well, “Voyager” is the only one I can stand and even it often shows ridiculous episodes.

It was a good day, I didn't have to use my AK.

I think it unlikely that the Enterprise would be facing a single TIE fighter... they are short ranged after all. Where are all of his buddies anyway?

The Enterprise (any... except for Archer's anyway...) would be a cool match-up against a Star Destroyer.

Great pic by the way.

The three questions to consider:
Who are you?
What do you want?
Why are you here?
:iconraveninskyprime:
Well, Star Trek wasn't meant to look practical. It was meant to look signature. A look that I think it achieved. Especially for the Next Gen stuff they tried for more rounded curves versus Kirk's old 60's glory ship.

How can you like Voyager over the rest? That was the worst of the lot. They only did funny well (Then again I'm a guy that only likes Classic Trek and the Original Star Wars trilogy... so what do I know?)
